General terms and conditions of the online store Sopi d.o.o. are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Law on Electronic Communications (ZEKom-1).

The general conditions of business determine the functioning of the online store Sopi, the rights and obligations of the user and trade, and regulate the business relationship between Sopi d.o.o. and the buyer.

The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the time of the purchase (delivery of the online order). At the time of the purchase, the user is warned about the general conditions of business every time and confirms his acquaintance with the purchase conditions. General conditions of operation are also available at the delivery points of Mimovrste d.o.o.

1. Types of users

With a one-time subscription to the Sopi online store (via the web), the visitor becomes a guest through e-mail, and with the confirmed registration in the online store, he becomes a member of Sopi. Both the guest and the member of the Sopi trade acquire the right to purchase in the Sopi online store.

When registering in an online store as a member of the Sopi Store, the visitor obtains a user name that is identical to his e-mail address and password. Registration is also possible during the purchase process.

If, at any later time, the user wishes to replace his e-mail address with another, the application must be sent to office.slovenia@sopi-closures.com. The change of the e-mail address will be done the same or at the latest on the next business day, and the user will be notified via e-mail.

2. Purchase

Purchase contract between Sopi d.o.o. and the customer in the Sopi online shop is concluded at the moment when Sopi d.o.o. sends the first electronic message to the buyer about the status of his order (with the title: confirmation of receipt of the order). From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to Sopi d.o.o. as for the buyer. As a buyer, a person is in possession of data as indicated at the time of the award of the contract. There is no later change in customer data.

The purchase contract (i.e., the first electronic message on the status of the order) is stored in electronic form on the server Sopi d.o.o.

3.Types of payments

Sopi online shop offers the following payment methods:

  • by transfer to Sopi d.o.o. on offer / invoice
  • with a payment or credit card (Activa, MasterCard®, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express (via online payment), BA Maestro, Diners Club)

* After receiving the payment after the offer / invoice, the order goes ahead to the processing.

In case of cancellation of an order or change of payment method by the user when making a credit card payment online please contact us at office.slovenia@sopi-closures.com for credit card return or refund.

In the case of payment by payment or credit cards, the following conditions apply:

The buyer (data in the user’s account) must be the same person or organization as the owner of the payment or credit card,

*After confirmation of the receipt of the order, it is not possible to change the contents of the order or of the final amount of the contract, except in special cases with the approval of Sopi d.o.o.

4. Issuing the receipt

After delivery of ordered items Sopi d.o.o. sends the invoice in pdf format to the e-mail address of the buyer., the customer also sends the invoice in pdf format to the e-mail address of the buyer.

The account contains the price and all the costs associated with the purchase.

The buyer is obliged to verify the correctness of the data before the contract is awarded. Later claims raised regarding the regularity of issued invoices are not taken into account.

5. Price

Prices are valid at the time of the award and do not have a predetermined validity.

Prices apply in the case of payment with the above mentioned payment methods and under stated conditions above.

Despite the extraordinary effort to provide the most up-to-date and accurate data, it may be that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, Sopi d.o.o. enabled the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.

6. Notification procedure for the purchase

6.1. Sopi purchase

After the order is submitted, the customer receives a notice by e-mail that the order has been accepted. Sopi d.o.o. is reviewes the order and checks for the availability of ordered items. The customer can contact Sopi d.o.o. for verification of data and order status to the provided contact telephone number.

6. 2. The order has been shipped
Sopi d.o.o. prepares the product within the agreed period, dispatches it and notifies the buyer about shippment by e-mail.

In the case that the buyer decides to cancel the order in due time, the seller must be immediately informed at the telephone number 01 831 93 86 or by e-mail to office.slovenia@sopi-closures.com

7. Purchase for legal entities

The purchase procedure for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons, but only in the first step you select an account option per business and confirm your agreement with the terms of the business.

8. Delivery

Our contracting partner for sending shipments in the territory of Slovenia is Pošta Slovenije, and Eurosender d.o.o., which cooperates with DPD, GLS, etc., for sending shipment abroad, but Sopi d.o.o. reserves the right to choose another delivery service if its fulfill this order more efficiently.

9. Protection of personal data

Sopi d.o.o. is undertaken to permanently protect all personal data of the user in accordance with the ZVOP-1.

Sopi d.o.o. keeps the following informamation of the members of the Sopi trade for indefinite time: name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone, primary address and delivery address, country of residence, time and date of registration.

Sopi d.o.o. use the given personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order and the rest need communication with the member.

User data will not be surrendered to unauthorized persons.
